Veggie Overload

I got a little overzealous at the grocery store and farmer's market today w/the fruit and veggie. Maybe it's b/c I've been eating burgers and fried food since Friday night. :D I opened my frige and took an inventory and it feels like a lot! Any ideas to use all of this in 1.5 weeks before it goes bad?

Zucchini - zucchini bread (smitten kitchen's recipe looks tasty; I'm doing this later today)

Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, basil, maybe one of your corn + an onion (scallion, red or white) and olive oil for bruschetta

Cilantro - you can chop and freeze it for later

Good luck!

i also vote for zucchini bread! you could make a frittata with swiss chard and corn, and/or with any of the vegetables you mention!

sometimes i cook ravioli and make a tomato sauce, and cook greens like swiss chard in the sauce for some extra health/oomph.

You can make a pasta (pesto) salad with all of the veggies! if you keep your cilantro in a cup of water, it will last longer.

Hello! I would like to open cosmetology salon. Do you have an experience in this business? There are too many options in beauty salon equipment. Could you give me an advise? What companies are more reliable to buy Vacuum cellulite machine and rf for slimming?
